3. User Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

To use the Service, you must be:

• At least 18 years old, or
• Between 13-17 years old with explicit parental/guardian consent

3.2 Registration Requirements

When registering for the Service, you must provide:

• Valid university email address
• Current phone number
• Emergency contact information
• Valid identification documents as required by NDPR
